• Build and foster great working relationships with a stable base of clients
• Manage a diverse range of paid search & social campaigns
• Identify opportunities to grow leads and improve profitability of all campaigns
• Produce consistent brand messaging and tracking, across all PPC channels
• Educate the agency and clients on digital marketing and search best practices 
• Generate client reports for all major metrics
• Curating and documenting agency processes & procedures

You know your stuff, you know your way around the Google Ads platform better than most,  some say you can even install tracking by simply looking at a website. You are a natural communicator, written and verbally. You have a results and team driven attitude and are passionate about all things digital. You are organised and pay attention to the finer details, that's why you're one of the best.

• 2  years experience in a PPC focussed role
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Google Shopping
• Capability to evaluate search results and search performance
• A strong team player with the ability to think fast
• Ability to work autonomously
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude

• 3-5 years PPC and SEM experience
• 2  years agency experience
• Previously worked in a startup environment
• Certifications in search, display, shopping, analytics
• Experience working with Opteo, Optmyzr and Hubspot
• Knew what B.H.A.G. stood for lol without Googling it
